Q: Can I return my prescription order?
A. Only if the product is defective. Wiley X strives to provide excellent customer service, we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Q: What is Pupil Distance?
A. The distance in millimeters from the center of the pupil in the right eye to the center pupil of the left eye is called pupillary distance. PD for short.

Q: What is ADD Power (on Bi-Focal and Progressive orders)?
A.. The additional plus power amount needed for near vision. These lenses are called bifocal. A bifocal lens is really two lenses combined into one which provides distance viewing area and a near viewing area. A progressive PALS (progressive additive lens) lens provides a continuous increase in the lens power as the eye moves down from the distance viewing to the near viewing range.

Q: What is Seg Height (on Bi-Focal and Progressive orders)?
A: The Seg Height is vertical measurement taken to determine bifocal and progressive fitting heights. This measurement is taken form the lowest part of the frame eyewear to the guideline. The guideline for a bifocal is the lower lid and for the progressive is it is the center pupil.

Q: Can I get a Bi-Focal prescription for my Wiley X sunglasses?
A: Yes. Wiley X offers Single Vision and Bi-Focal (Progressive & Flat Top) prescription lenses.

Q: Which Wiley X models accept prescription lenses?
A: View All Wiley X prescription models.

Q: What type of prescription lenses does Wiley X offer?
A: Clear, Tinted, Mirrored, LA ™ (Light Adjusting) and Polarized.

Q: Will my Wiley X sunglasses still be interchangeable with prescription lenses?
A: Only the SG-1 and SG-1 V-Cut are interchangeable with prescription lenses. Please note: Most Wiley X Interchangeable models come with two sets of lenses. You will NOT receive a second set of lenses with your prescription order.

Q: Can Wiley X prescript non Wiley X sunglasses?
A: No. Nice try.
