Your attention to my concern was handled with the utmost care and due diligence and you all need to be commended. There are many brands out there to choose from but your sun-wear, in particular, your motorcycle goggles are the best bar none. While getting ready to go out on a mission, something happened and my frame broke while putting on my eyewear. I was very disappointed. I immediately contacted Wiley X's Customer Service via e-mail asking for recommendations on how to fix the frame as I needed it fixed right away. Your customer service department didn't ask any questions, didn't want any explanations as to the cause of the mishap, just my address so they could send me a replacement frame. I was shocked!!! But, given I had already experienced the excellent quality of your products; I knew Wiley X's Customer Service must be the same or better. Well, it was better. Within a week, I received in the mail a brand new set of Wiley-X’s. I could not believe the generosity, the incredible Customer Service experience was just that: incredible!!!! I must thank all in Wiley-X, you are part of a company that cares for those who give their lives for what we believe is right. Again, thank you for helping the cause. Andrew R. All to often people complain about service but, rarely do they compliment that service or the care they receive when issues arise regarding a product or service they received. I’ve been meaning to send a mail message for several weeks now with my compliments to the response and care I received recently regarding WileyX and my eyewear… I am finally getting my lazy keister in front of the computer in order to do exactly that!

THANK YOU! The quick response to my request for help and then the amazingly quick turn around with my WileyX P23’s has let me know how much WileyX cares about customer satisfaction! Believe me when I say word of mouth goes a long way and I’ve certainly let others know about the quality of WileyX products and the care received after the sale. Of course, just my word of mouth won’t make you rich… but, it’ll help! :-) Thank you again for taking care of me and re-affirming my faith in the phrase “service after the sale”!
