WARRANTIES

All Wiley X Frames & Gloves are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover lenses, unless the lenses have a manufacturer’s defect, nor does it cover the product if there is negligence involved. Wiley X does not have a lifetime warranty. We will accept warranties past 1 year under special circumstances, provided you obtain a Return Authorization Number first. Upon receiving the defective item Wiley X will repair or replace it at no charge. If you have a discontinued product that falls under the warranty period, please call us first as we may not have that item in stock. We do require a Return Authorization Number for all warranties. Please be sure to include the amount of $5.00 for return shipping and handling.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please contact Wiley X to get a Return Authorization Number for all returns & exchanges. Returns must be in resalable condition, as determined by Wiley X. All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with Wiley X. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound.

IMPORTANT: Wiley X WILL NOT Warranty, Return nor Exchange any product purchased through E-Bay or Amazon.com because anyone selling on E-Bay or Amazon.com is not an authorized Wiley X Dealer.
