The SHOT Show 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada was Wiley X's most successful show to date. Wiley X has been a SHOT Show regular for nearly 30 years! This year, Wiley X not only had record-breaking sales but also built meaningful partnership connections with industry-leading companies. This exposure tied with these exciting achievements not only increases resources for building the most protective gear in the industry, but they also enhance our invaluable relationship with the people who use it.
What is SHOT Show? The Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show®) is the world's largest and most comprehensive trade show for all professionals working in the shooting sports, hunting, and law enforcement sectors. It is the world's largest combined weapons, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor wear, optics, and allied goods and services exposition. Buyers attend the SHOT Show from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. SHOT Show is the only event for retailers, wholesalers, and distributors that brings together the most innovative technology, products, manufacturers, education, and regulatory leadership in one complete and fully loaded experience. Members of the shooting, hunting, military, and outdoor trade industries, as well as commercial purchasers and marketers of military, law enforcement, and tactical items, are the only people permitted to attend the SHOT Show. It is a trade expo that is not open to the public.
Wiley X was excited to announce the newest product launch at 2023 SHOT Show. The new WX Valor features a matte frame and black badging. Just like our other editions of the WX Valors, these new colorway sunglasses meets MIL-PRF-32432A ballistic safety standards while giving the wearer protection in any environment. There was an overwhelmingly positive response from dealers on this new product. The initial inventory order for the WX Valor with matte tan frame is expected to sell out with the bulk orders going to dealers who ordered the product at SHOT Show.
Wiley X also celebrated the company's 35th anniversary at the trade show by giving away $3500 in Wiley X products to one lucky SHOT Show attendee. The winner of this grand prize will be announced on Wiley X social media channels.
