How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return your item.

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Must include all accessories, instruction cards/manuals, and tags.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Item must have been purchased via the Wiley X website or Wiley X Pro Shop.

Yes! Items purchased online through the Wiley X website can be returned in-store. Bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

• Contact customer service at 945-260-1011 or support@wileyx.com to get a return authorization.
• Package the item securely.
• Use a carrier that provides a tracking number.
• Note: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Items purchased from authorized dealers or retailers (must be returned to the original place of purchase).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

If the item is in its original condition and packaging, yes. If not, Wiley X staff will assess the item and may issue a partial refund.

Wiley X does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original item from where it was originally purchased and place a new order.

Contact support@wileyx.com immediately.Wiley X will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

All warranty claims must be submitted online for evaluation via the Wiley X Warranty Portal. Please note that Wiley X does not offer frame repair services.

Wiley X currently does not have the ability to take prescription orders in the Pro Shop.
