Boot Campaign

Charity Partner

When five Texas women read and discussed Lone Survivor by Navy SEAL Veteran and fellow Texan Marcus Luttrell, these friends felt compelled to give back to those who risk their lives for freedom. They recognized a gap in the service and care provided to Veterans, and knew they could help – that’s when Boot Campaign began. Their gratitude project quickly grew beyond what they ever expected and has become a significant source of support to the military community.

Programs through Boot Campaign have offered life-improving care to more than 9,500 Veterans and their family members. Five friends and an idea has now become a force of more than 400 annual volunteers helping to meet the most pressing needs of military families.

Boot Campaign is dedicated to supporting the Veteran and military communities, with an average of 87 cents of every dollar donated directly supporting their mission-driven programs. Joining Boot Campaign and their efforts to honor those who serve(d) is as simple as wearing a pair of conversation-starting combat boots, or learning more about fundraising and donation options here.

Boot Campaign was established in 2009 to provide personalized care for every Veteran and support their mental and physical well-being, plus overall quality of life. They work to honor and restore Veteran lives and military families through individualized, life-improving programs. This work gives back and honors those who "lace up their boots" to protect and serve, so they will know their service, sacrifice, and lives matter.

“Our Veterans, active service members, and their families are always deserving of our support and gratitude,” said Dan Freeman, CEO and Co-Owner of Wiley X. “We’re proud to partner with Boot Campaign.”
