Shipping and Returns

• We offer Free UPS Ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $50.
  
  
• Orders received by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday – Friday will generally be shipped the same day. Excludes Prescription Orders.
  
  
• Orders received after 12:00 pm Central Standard Time will generally be shipped the following business day. Excludes Prescription Orders.
  
  
• Prescription orders can take up to 14 business days to be shipped to you. It is important to provide a valid prescription and Pupil Distance(PD), providing incomplete information will delay your order.

• Wiley X does not ship on the weekends.
  
  
• UPS 2-Day Shipping may not be guaranteed if placed close to the weekend.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wileyx.com purchase, please contact our customer care team at (945) 260-1011 within 30 days so we can make it right.

Note 1: We are unable to process any returns unless Customer Service is contacted in advance to create a Return Authorization (RA).

Items received without prior authorization (RA) will be returned to the sender.

Note 2: Custom eyewear and limited-edition/special orders are made to order and are considered unique, one-of-a-kind items. These orders are final sale and as a result are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once order is in process, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Note 3:  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns, exchanges, or unwanted products.  Please be sure to ship packages with a carrier that can provide a tracking number as Wiley X is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. 

Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 10–15 business days.

Items must be returned to Wiley X along with proof of purchase of the item. We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.
