Zach Bell

Zach Bell knows the military life firsthand. He served as a Marine infantryman and deployed twice to Afghanistan, including Helmand Province. When he came home, he went back to school and earned a psychology degree and an MBA from Lipscomb University.

Then, in March 2020, with the world on lockdown, he grabbed a piece of cardboard and a Sharpie and started writing down what was on his mind. That was the beginning of Veteran With A Sign.

His signs are funny, sarcastic, and sometimes hit you right in the gut. He talks about the things vets live with but don't always say out loud: military culture, leadership, mental health, and what it's really like to come home. Along the way, his signs have become a place where veterans feel seen, laugh together, and know they're not alone.
