"i am very pleased with the folks at WileyX. I ordered replacement lenses for my Brick sunglasses and unfortunately bloke the frame while trying to install them. I contacted them to request a return authorization and asked what the cost of a new frame would be. After a brief hold, the customer service person informed me they were sending me a new frame at no cost! they even paid for the shipping. Simply amazing customer service! Great company and product!"

"I am very very pleased to say that Ashley who I spoke with was courteous, pleasent, friendly and most importantly extremely customer oriented. She not only gave me great advice she said she would return my call and did so when she said she would. I had a pair of frames with prescription lenses and I could not make my non prescription Wiley X lenses fit. Ashley, after my confusing explanation, diagnosed the issue, took the details of my predicament to the necessary folks and called me with the great news that Wiley X was replacing my frames under a warranty. If everyone in your organization is half and contentious as Ashley you™ve got a fabulous organization. I can™t say enough good things about this awesome young lady. "Bought the new lenses for an old pair of WileyX Sunglasses I received from my employer. They were prescription lenses, which I don't need any longer since I had my eyes fixed. I was very happy with the with them, but now I have a backup pair of Sunglasses I can use."
