I ordered a custom pair

"I ordered a custom pair 300$ in total. Was sent the incorrect pair of custom glasses ,but with everything else that comes with a custom pair(hard case standard) (green camo bag- what I requested. ) Returned them and was sent just a pair of black framed ,on black lenses glasses (incorrect lenses, tungsten lenses was what I ordered ) and a black bag for the glasses, which was not my accurate complete order."

"While I still have my first pair of WX from years ago, and I love the Alpine frames, something isn’t right about the prescription. To be fair, I haven’t reached out yet because I wanted time to let my eyes adjust, but it’s not working. The frames are great and their service has been too, I’m just anxious that it won’t be made right and I’m out the money."

Scratched lens

"Although they are a steep price, the lenses easily scratch! The first time the glasses slipped off my face from sweating, they fell about 3 feet before hitting the ground and the lenses are now toast. Better off getting cheaper safety glasses at an affordable price in bulk. No matter the amount of money you spend, lenses are lenses. I requested a refund but lens scratches are not under warranty which are going to be anyone's main issue with Wiley's glasses. Everything besides the lens from this company are the bomb!"

The glasses itself is great.

"The glasses itself is great. Though I expect the lenses to be more in the brown than close to gray on the color scale. The customer service respond is great, however it sucks that I could not canceled my purchase when I contacted before it got shipped out. The customer service also responded before the item got shipped out, and they could not cancel it which is stupid. If you’re gonna have policy that we cove r the shipping fee if we return, then at least be able to cancel the order if we contact before it shipped. This is the first and last time I make purchase from here."
