"just received a new parcel. Unfortunately, I still have a problem :( There is a factory stain in the center of the field of view of 2mm/2mm in the left lens. I'm sending a photo in the attachment, I tried to capture it. . Right lens is fine. What can we do about it? I dont feel comfortable with it :("

Expensive, poor packaging, and I received the wrong lenses

"When paying the amount these cost you expect to get what you order. The crazy thing is even the packaging said the replacement lenses I ordered were gray the ones I received were clear. On top of that I paid extra for shipping and the lenses were shipped in a bag. There was nothing but the bubble packaging protecting them. I would expect them to at the very least be packaged in some kind of box that prevents damage while shipping. My first set was scratched the first time I dropped my glasses. The quality was great they just do not hold up well. Then when you order replacement lenses you get the cheapest clear lenses they have when that™s not what you ordered."
