"We purchased this to replace the face shield for a pair of Jakes, and these do not fit. I have since found that the Jakes have been discontinued so we can't get a replacement face shield. Very disappointed. A lifetime warranty on the glasses isn't much good if you can't get the replacement parts. What do we need to do to return the Airrage Gen 2 face shield?"

"They are Awesome! We (husband and myself) ride recumbent trikes and continually get sand and small flying bugs / gnats (yuck!) on the inside of our Wiley-X Airrage sunglasses - even with the cavity seal that came with them (which are thin)… these thicker ones are much more sturdier but more importantly - no more BUGS get in on the inside to get into eyes or walk around the lens."
"I love the glasses they fit me great but the facial seal is definitely a weak point. They work great while they last but within two or three months in my case the adhesive turns to slime the foam rubber comes off of the plastic frame and the adhesive coats the inside of the lens. My sweat seems to dissolve the Blue you use for this product very very quickly. At $20 every two or three months we're talking over $100 a year just to continue to wear these glasses. I'm having a hard time justifying that expense although the glasses are great. Also please note before you buy this product it is not covered by any warranty. Yes I have tried to get a replacement set and was turned down. I recommend that Wiley X work with their vendor to re-engineer the adhesive to a different chemistry that is quite a bit more durable. Two stars for quality and lack of durability. Five stars for fit and fashion. Three overall. The perfect set of glasses with an expensive Achilles heel."
"I am using the Airrage with my prescription Glasses for many years. They are fantastic. Sadly, the removable facial padding needs to be replaced ever so often. They do a very good job of protecting against sand and dust in desert and the high country winds."

"The new facial cavity seal fits fine in my 12 year old airrage glasses. . but will not fit in my brand new airrage glasses. . it simply doesn’t work. There is a huge gap around the whole interior frame. . not air tight like my old pair from 2013. . the new glasses and the new facial cavity do not match up… not even close."
