"Bought this leash cord with a new pair of glasses. Cord looked well designed however after only owning for about 3 months one of the rubber grips has split. I will see how well Willey X believes in their product and fill a warranty replacement."

According to my order confirmation, I purchased: * WX JAKL Frame * Prescription Transitions XTRActive Grey lenses * Anti-Scratch Coating * Leash Cord with Temple Grips However, the package contained only the Leash Cord with Temple Grips. The prescription glasses, the frame, and the prescription lenses that I paid $489 USD for are completely missing. This is a very serious shipping error, and frankly, it is hard to believe that a package containing only a $6 accessory was sent instead of the complete order. Please investigate this matter immediately and let me know: 1. How this happened. 2. When my prescription glasses will be shipped. 3. Whether you require any additional information from me. I have attached my order confirmation and photos of the package and its contents as evidence. I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible."
