"First purchase of Wiley X glasses. I was just recently prescribed glasses so I gave these prescription sunglasses a try. I purchased the Sierra style. I'm very impressed with them. Very light weight and the clarity of the lenses is amazing. I liked them so much I purchased a second pair with transition lenses. "I like the utilitarian nature and classy styling of the WX Sierra line of eye wear. They can be worn out on the lake fishing or while sipping coffee on the veranda of our local cafe. "Glasses look great and feel even better. They are light weight, you forget you have them on. When you take them off you see how bad real vision is. These lenses just make the world more beautiful. Plus it much easier to find a golf ball in the weeds or the edge of the water. I'm not sure how tough they will be just yet, but when i took them out of the box I dropped them straight on some gravel and they didn't scratch."
"The frame feels cheap and flimsy. They fit smaller then I expected. The clarity is decent. They seem more like saftey glasses then actual sunglasses. I bought them for work because they weren't polarized. I need nonpolarized so I can see the different screens on the boat clearly. I was hoping they would have been bigger."
"Pros -frames are light, ear/side parts are thin and flexible. - build quality is very good. - design is stylish without being overboard. Cons - Side "fins" inserts are just awkward. They should match the frame color instead of being clear, you would not lose any peripheral sight. - Lenses seem a bit too large. (over sized lenses are NOT conducive to function), they just become awkward feeling and looking. - Frames need a bit of a curve, seem too flat, for face contour."

"I have purchased a number of WillyX sunglasses for myself and family members over the past 10 years. I have worn them when on the range, and when fishing. I like the protection they provide when fishing with lead and tungsten weights. To many close calls with fishing weights, and hooks flying past my face when a hooked fish loses the hook and it springs back. Of course the protection from the sun is also a premium benefit, especially on the water and on the road."
"The glasses seemed like they were good quality. Unfortunately, the pair I bought went on sale for almost $50 less than what I paid. When I contacted customer service, I was told “ Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or price changes for sales that occur after the purchase date. ” My response was “Really? I could return them, and reorder them for the discounted price, but there’s no other solution?” Their response was “ You are able to do that if you would like. ” At that point, it was clear they were not a customer focused company and I chose to return the glasses and did not order a new pair."
