Bad material
"How is it possible that everybody is giving 4 or 5 stars for such a bad material? After using my glasses a second time for 6 months the rubber is falling apart. I had no contact to any chemical stuff. Willey should send everybody how is using this glasses at least a free replacement. The glasses itself are a very nice protection for your eyes."
Good Product but doesn't last long
"I've had Wiley X products for almost 20 years. This pair in particular for around 10 This is the 3rd nose piece for these glasses. The 2nd I've ordered. (The first was the original piece that came with the glasses). They are very comfortable, adjustable and easy to remove and replace, however, the rubber they coat them with does not last very long, not with my nose oil anyways. (as I saw mentioned in other reviews too)_x000D_ After the second piece went to heck, I went to my local Mega-Lo-Mart store and bought a $5 pair of safety glasses that had a similar type nose piece and just used that. It wasn't a perfect fit nor was it as comfortable as the original but it lasted 6+ years. The two originals, just around 4 years total between them. _x000D_ So my only request to WX is to change the formula of the rubber so it doesn't disintegrate quite so fast. (maybe they've done that already, it didn't say so in the product description when purchased. I've only changed to the new piece 3 weeks ago. )_x000D_ Also the web site was excellent and so was the service. Received the product within 4 days if I remember correctly."
Perfect Fit
"Listen. . . . I've been using the PT-1 sunshades wear for well over several long years. So when the nose piece started smearing the optical lens it kinda made wearing the shades a real drag. It was getting increasingly challenging to keeping the lens clean and the nose piece started coming apart and it became uncomfortable to wear. I went to various stores that sold eye glasses and no one carried this particular style of eye wear and the store where I originally purchased the glasses from wasn't local. One day, I went back to one of the local Optical Center and asked the store manger if they carried the nose replacements for this type of eye-wear and she said no but I should try searching for the store online. She also said that the name of the company is on the side of the frame. I felt like a real Dumbo after she said that. Anyway, I found "Wiley_X" online and ordered 2 pair. One now and a spare for later on. Anyway. . . . . ordering is quick and easy. . . . nuff said!!!"

"The nosepiece for my Wiley x sunglasses and my under armor sunglasses both turned to mush from the Texas heat. . . the difference is under armor replaced them for free with just a phone call. Wiley X wants forms downloaded and glasses sent back at my cost. Bottom line,I will never buy Wiley X again."
