"My value lenses that purchase do not fit my glasses."
Like several other comments on
"Like several other comments on this board, I have an earlier pair of Valor glasses (frame style #1) which are only 4 years old. However Wiley-X no longer sells replacement lenses for this model. Instead their customer service pushes purchasing the newer frame style with a 20% discount for 'loyalty'. In the past I chose Wiley-X over competitors because of the brand’s reputation for durability, protection, and long-term value. It’s disappointing to learn that when a model is discontinued, customers are instead left without any practical service support or parts replacement options. I can't support that kind of attitude toward customers anymore and will take my business elsewhere."
