"The strap falls out of the glasses. I have an old strap that fits perfectly still and does not dislodge while in normal use. Infact it takes some pressure to remove the old straps. The new straps do not clip in and stayed seated fully which causes them to fall out of the glasses and becoming a major pain to use. Please help! I have been attempting to fix this issue but no one at the office seems to know how to go about it."

"I bought 2 pair of the Wiley X safety sunglasses and had prescriptions put in them for working in the Arctic Circle. When I received them there was only one pair of the T-peg cords and the one that did get sent keeps coming out of the arm retaining hole on one side which makes them unusable to me. The glasses were too expensive to risk losing them to failed equipment. I am wondering if the cord I have is defective or if this is something to do with a design flaw? The sunglasses themselves are fantastic and do a really great job at protecting my eyes!"

"I specifically asked for the strap that fit my BREACH sun glasses what was sent to me that I paid for does not work at all. I question this one I was told to get and was assured it would fit. The strap that came with the glasses works great but unfortunately it was miss placed the new one doesn™t come close. Not sure what to do with it but maybe throw it away."
